The cascade rig is one of the most popular clipped down rigs available utilizing Silicone sliders and SRT springs. It is one of the most standard clipped down rigs. Fitted with a link of your choice, Imp, Impact shield or used with and Impact lead. The lower snood can be set to drop below the lead on impact with the water enabling you to fish “one down one up” if needed.

It can be converted to take up to a 10ft snood as a long and low, or fished as a Portsmouth loop rig, in fact you could change the rig pattern every time you re cast. It has removable snoods and will last! As with all our clipped down rigs, you can use any lead weight you need to and you will never lose snood tension due to the adjustable nature of all our products. Supplied on Tronix EVA Rig Winders.

Widely used for many species, This single snood rig is built in such a way that changing snoods is simple. Silicone sliders are used in place of crimps to enable any snood length to be added/replaced. SRT springs are used to enable snood tension regardless of lead weight choice. The same rig can be used for small species such as Gurnard, but quickly changed to target Bass, Cod or smoothound. As with all moonfleet rigs it is designed to be re used again and again regardless of species or venue.

The dropper rig is designed to allow you to choose where exactly your bait will rest. The Drennan powergum loop will hold your rig streamlined and secure until impact, releasing the snoods to drop to your desired point. It will allow you to fish well below the lead.

A single Pennel snood will allow you to fish up a snood of up to 5ft below the lead to avoid spooking fish such as bass/Ray. Excellent for cod, this is a pure downtide rig. The rig is also designed to convert within seconds in a 2hk Cascade, Long/low or Portsmouth loop. Single and Double Dropper options available.

A 2 hook rig based on a combination of pulley rig and running ledger for highly sensitive bite indication. The Lower snood is below the free running lead, acting like a basic running ledger rig but with the upper snood also working as a pulley rig. An excellent rig to use from a Beach or Boat for any species from Bream to Tope/Conger as with the interchangeable looped-on snoods you can customise the rig to match your particular fishing conditions.

This is also an excellent rig for use with a "DVice™" and can be supplied with an extended upper snood to allow it to reach the Dvice body. Place the baited lower snood into the Dvice first, followed by the baited upper snood to cast effectively.

The most basic of rigs, but again made using silicone sliders in place of crimps. The sliders give you benefits over crimps in many ways. Buying a 2 or 3 hook flapper will allow you yourself to position the hooks where you need them, every time you use it. The rig will fish as a 1 down 1 up, or 2 up makes no difference. The sliders will hold a large fish and only move to help protect the snood from over stretching. As with all the Moonfleet Angling Rigs, the Flapper Rig is well made and usable beyond other rigs.

Classic rig for larger species such as Ray, Cod Bass or conger. An excellent rough ground rig with a simply function, we build these rigs with removable snoods for easy hook changeover. You can simply remove one snood to replace with another baited up. Built from 80lb Sakuma rig body and a stronger than usual snood to enable safe casting. Wessex Bream Rig on Fluorocarbon

A light line rig designed for boat/pier fishing only. These rigs are built solely from Sakuma products and Gemini Crystal Beads. The rig body is 25lb Sakuma fluorocarbon, and the snoods 20lb fluorocarbon. Hooks are size 4 Sakuma circle.

Ideal for Black Bream boat fishing and species hunting. The lower snood is a running ledger with 2 upper 'flapper' snoods. When species hunting or in match conditions the Stand-Off Snoods are a fantastic addition to the upper Snoods - See Specialist Snoods.

No crimps are used and the silicone stops allow you to move the upper snoods to suit where the fish are biting. They will also allow a large bream to move the snoods rather than break them. They are braid-friendly and user friendly!

Not designed or intended as consumables, these are robust rigs and will take spare snoods as and when you need to. As always, supplied on a Tronix EVA Rigwinder

Using a bubble float attached to your mainline and set for depth via the means of using a power gum stop knot or sliding float stops, these rigs can be used at any depth from a boat or shore and will allow surface indication of bites, the float are built to take boat leads or light leads cast from the shore.

Based on a Wessex rig the single running ledger lower snoods can be changed in seconds, allowing a safer/quicker changeover for all anglers.

Kayak anglers in Nothumberland are taking cod from wrecks using this rig. This is a very versatile rig that is easily fished on the drift or static, the rig is best when "bumped" from the shore to keep attraction maximised. Simply put, we have built a flounder rig that is capable of much bigger prey. These rigs will seriously trouble the Gurnard and Flatties.

A 2/3 hook float rig designed for Garfish, Scad or Mackerel. Designed to set the hooks just off the surface, these rigs will work with the wind and tide. Using groundbait will draw the fish in to exactly where you want them. made from Sakuma products throughout and B-940 size 4 hooks.
